Where do we go from here?

So I've got my hunter up to 70. He's still in trash greens and mostly weak quest rewards as he solo'd his way to 70.

My priest is 70 and has a decent number of 5-man instance (non-heroic) blues and the Shadoweave set. His problem is he started his instance life as a healer and switched DPS because his old guild wanted him to be the shadow priest going to Kara and Gruul. Alas that guild fell apart before those plans materialized.

My feral druid 67 and in weak DPS gear, but is starting to get a bit of tank gear. A few 5-man instance drops but only through Mana Tombs so far.

What next? The rest of the guild, comprised mainly of RL friends, is not quite ready for much higher than MT or UB. What do I do for gear in the meantime? Arena? BGs? PUGS?
